Clients should arrive with clean, blow-dried, and product-free hair unless otherwise instructed. Hair must be at least 4 inches long for braiding. Natural-colored hair is included in the price, and no extra guests are allowed unless the client is a minor.
A $35 non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. Clients can reschedule once using the same deposit; additional rescheduling requires a new deposit. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Clients must arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided, but after 20 minutes without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited, and the appointment is canceled. Timing estimates vary based on hair length, head size, and hair density.
A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule without penalty. No-call/no-show appointments result in forfeiture of future booking opportunities. If the business cancels, clients may reschedule or receive a refund for the booking fee.
Clients can report braid tightness or issues within five days of installation. After this period, the business is not responsible for adjustments.
